Since we sell digital goods, it is not possible to return the downloaded file. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, you can request a full refund within 30 days from the purchase date. To do this, please contact us by email administrator@3dstudioelephant.com or using the feedback form on our website https://3dstudioelephant.com/contact. Please describe the reason why your expectations of our product did not match reality. If possible, we will try to solve your problems and advise you on the use of our files. We are confident in the quality of our products and value our customers, so if the issue is not resolved, we will make a full refund.

In case you made a purchase by mistake, please do not download the files and contact us. In this case, access to download files related to the order being canceled will be closed to you, and the funds will be fully refunded as soon as possible.

Refunds

Once a full refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Exchanges

We do not exchange digital goods. However, if for some reason you have bought the same item twice, you can request a replacement for another item of the same price.
